🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of collectible and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
We do not guarantee returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review any concerns on a case-by-case basis under the conditions below.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged during shipping, or
- significantly different from the item described
you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
If approved, we may offer:
- a replacement (if available), or
- a refund at our discretion
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- buyer’s remorse
- change of mind
- minor variations in condition, tone, or appearance
- items where condition/grade was clearly described or shown
- collectible items once delivered
🪙 Graded & Collectible Items
All graded items (PCGS, ANACS, etc.) are sold as certified by the grading company. We are not responsible for subjective differences in grading opinions or market value changes.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once payment has been processed and/or the item has been shipped.

We are committed to protecting our business from fraudulent activity and unauthorized chargebacks.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:
💳 No Unauthorized Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to:
- dispute the chargeback with all supporting evidence
- provide proof of delivery, transaction records, and communications
- report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities
📦 Proof of Delivery
All orders may include tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
- stolen packages after delivery
- incorrect addresses provided by the customer
⚠️ Fraudulent Activity
We actively monitor all orders for fraud.
We reserve the right to:
- cancel any order suspected of fraud
- request additional verification (ID, billing confirmation, etc.)
- refuse service to any customer at our discretion
Any fraudulent activity, including false claims or unauthorized disputes, may result in:

- account restrictions or bans
